ISO Code

U3007-17

Customer Symptom

Park assist will probably not function or will

function intermittently or partially.

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

Cannot determine scope without knowledge of

power line applicability. Note that, Park Assist

system powered on IGN line.

Lamp Status (If Any)

NA

Fault Detection Condition

If Battery(supply) voltage greater than 16V

Alternator voltage o/p is greater than 14.5V.

Normal Operating Condition

Normal operation voltage range is 9V - 16V.

Normal operation means, that the sensors are

working, and the obstacle distance information is

sent out via CAN messages.

Operation voltage range for CAN communication

is 7V to 18V. Degraded CAN communication is

not allowed outside this range.

Probable Trouble Area

Vehicle electrical fault

Healing Condition

NA

Preliminary Checks:

1.

Voltage at the battery terminals should be greater than 16V

2.

Alternator output voltage should be between 13.5 V to 14.5 V in engine running

condition. If it is great than 14.5, do the below mentioned.
