Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Are any of faults – P0201, P0202,P0203,
P0262,P0261,P0264,P0265, P0267, P0268 appears
Follow their
respective
rectification
procedure and
rectify those faults
Go to Step 2
2. Are any of following faults appears – P0351, P0352, P0353
Follow their
respective
rectification
procedure and
rectify those faults
Go to step 3

Are Spark Plugs, HT Cables properly functional
Rectify/Replace the
faulty Components
Go to step 4

Faulty/Clogged Injectors?
Replace/Clean
Injectors
Go to step 5
5
Compression Pressure Low?
Check compression
pressure. Check fuel
pump and rectify if
found faulty.
Go to Step 6
6
Improper Valve Clearance?
Rectify according to
specification
Go to step 7
7
Improper Valve Timing?
Correct valve timing
through calibration
Go to Step 8

Any faults related to Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
or faulty Sensor?
Rectify/Replace
Sensor
Go to Step 9
9
Is EMS ECU connector tight?
Go to step 10
Refit the connector
tightly
10 If fault still persists?
Replace the EMS
ECU
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Recheck the fault, Fault shall not re appear
