c.
B1011 – 00 - Front Deployment Crash no sub type information (follow the below
process)
i.
Clear DTC. Turn OFF & ON Ignition & Check for DTC’s (at least 2 to 3
times).
ii.
Send the diagnostic request “14 FF FF FF” & check whether NRC 22 is
received?
iii.
If NRC 22 is received, replace the Airbag ECU (
as per ECU replacement
procedure
).
iv.
Send the old ECU to TML QA team for analysis.

B1012 – 00 - Belt Pretensioner Deployment Crash no sub type information (follow the
below process)
i.
Clear DTC. Turn OFF & ON Ignition & Check for DTC’s (at least 2 to 3
times).
ii.
Send the diagnostic request “14 FF FF FF” & check whether NRC 22 is
received?
iii.
If NRC 22 is received, replace the Airbag ECU (
as per ECU replacement
procedure
).
iv.
Send the old ECU to TML QA team for analysis.
