Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Is there any rust/oxidization / Sulphation observed on
Battery Terminals
Clean the Rust or
repair.
Go to Step 2
2
Is Alternator and Rectifiers functioning
Go to Step 3
Repair / Replace

Load Dump Observed?
Rectify
Go to Step 4

Is Rectifiers in Alternator functioning properly?
Repair / Replace
Go to Step 5
5
Fault Still Persists?
Replace EMS ECU
and if fault still
persists then replace
Battery
Follow the steps
again for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Check Battery voltage parameter value.. it should be in range of 12.5 to 14.5 volts
