Send Read DID Service 22 F195 “software package” similar to “CTCUHIMAVS014C02”. 3. If above both DIDs returns negative value that means EEPROM is not readable. 4. Retrieve the data set from supplier in xml format and write in TCU. 5. After successfully writing above data, Switch OFF Ignition for 10 seconds and then switch ON Ignition. 6. Execute Clear DTC and then Check the DTC if any. 7. Write the VIN number inside the TCU. 8. After successfully writing above data, Switch OFF for 10 seconds and then switch ON Ignition. 9. If data flashing is successful then there will no DTC logged in TCU 10. If data flashing is not successful then there will DTC logged in TCU. 11. Ensure EEPROM is now readable by following: a. Send Read DID Service 22 F180 “bootloader version” similar to “ITCUDT1MBL017” b. Send Read DID Service 22 F195 “software package” similar to “CTCUHIMAVS014C02”. 12. Execute CPC adaptation Routine. 13. If CPC Adaptation routine executed properly then there will, no DTC otherwise DTC P180A will logged in TCU. 14. If no DTC logged then drive vehicle for 4-5 kilometer and ensure there is no DTC log in TCU. 7.4 Routine Procedure for HCU replacement
