Retrieve the data set from supplier in xml format and write in TCU. 5. After successfully writing above data, Switch OFF Ignition for 10 seconds and then switch ON Ignition. 6. Execute Clear DTC and then Check the DTC if any. 7. Write the VIN number inside the TCU. 8. After successfully writing above data, Switch OFF for 10 seconds and then switch ON Ignition. 9. If data flashing is successful then there will no DTC logged in TCU 10. If data flashing is not successful then there will DTC logged in TCU. 11. Ensure EEPROM is now readable by following: a. Send Read DID Service 22 F180 “bootloader version” similar to “ITCUDT1MBL017” b. Send Read DID Service 22 F195 “software package” similar to “CTCUHIMAVS014C02”. 12. Execute CPC adaptation Routine. 13. If CPC Adaptation routine executed properly then there will, no DTC otherwise DTC P180A will logged in TCU. 14. If no DTC logged then drive vehicle for 4-5 kilometer and ensure there is no DTC log in TCU. 7.5 Routine Procedure for CPC Adaptions (0xF889) The clutch and brake, require an adaption procedure where the clutch and brake’s actuation kiss point and preload is determined and stored on the TCU EEPROM memory. This procedure runs mainly on the TCU, after giving the specific CPC adaption request. Goal of the CPC is to ➢ Calculate the current target for realizing a desired clutch pressure, ➢ Closed-loop control of clutch pressure, ➢ Managing the adaption strategies required for clutch pressure control, ➢ Clutch pressure control tracking diagnostics Safe state for adaptions ➢ Vehicle should be standstill and GSL in PARK MODE (P). ➢ Brake pedal should be 100% pressed. ➢ Air Conditionar (AC) should be OFF. ➢ Critical DTC reaction should not be active.
