Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Remove the Immobilizer connector and check the
resistance between the connector CAN H and CAN L pins,
is it ~ 60 ohms?
Refer the ‘IVN CAN architecture section in the service
documentation “ as well for further checks.
Go to next step.
Rectify the CAN
network
connections as per
the schematic.
2.
Is Immo getting battery power supply?
Go to next step
Rectify them as per
the schematic
3
Are there any other Immo / CAN / EMS faults present?
Rectify them by
following their
rectification
procedure
Go to next step
4
Fault still persists?
Repeat the above
procedure for fault
confirmation
Fault still persists
then contact service
technician
Handover the
vehicle to the
customer
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Recheck the fault using TML Diagnostic tool, Fault shall not appear.
Turn the Ignition ON, Immo Lamp shall get turn OFF.
Clear DTC’s in EMS, Immo and Crank the vehicle, Vehicle shall get cranked.
