U0155: Lost communication with Instrument Panel Cluster Module-
Bus signal/ Message Failure
Overview:

U0155
Customer Symptom
RPM indication will be disabled
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
ECU will go into the default mode
Lamp Status (If Any)
Check engine lamp will be ON.
Fault Detection Condition
1. IPC connector is not connected properly or
disconnected from its location.
2. CAN wire from IPC connector side is
disconnected
3. IPC is not powered up.
4. CAN_H, CAN_L or/ and both lines of IPC are
opened
Normal Operating Condition
ECM ECU communicates properly with IPC ECU.
Probable Trouble Area
1. Disconnection of the IPC connector
2. CAN_H and CAN_L lines at IPC connector end.
Healing Condition
1. To fix the IPC connector correctly and Fix the
wiring harness issues from IPC side
2. CAN_H, CAN_L or/ and both lines of IPC are
connected properly to the IPC connector
