Trouble Shooting:-
Turn ON Ignition.
Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s
Turn Ignition OFF & ON
Verify If DTC B1937 -31 is present
Is DTC
B1937-31 is
Present?
Check for continuity of CAN
lines between IPC & VICM.
Check VICM power supply &
working properly.
Is problem
with VICM?
CAN communication or VICM ECU is not working
properly.
Rectify Fault at wiring Harness to recover the fault.
Clear the DTC & verify the function of Odometer on
LCD display by running the vehicle for some
distance.
Clear the DTC from the ECU
memory.
Turn Ignition OFF & ON.
Check whether the same DTC is
coming again or not.
