Trouble Shooting:
YES
1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
2. Turn the Ignition ON
3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
4. Record the DTC & Clear
5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON
6. Read ECU parameters 6204 (Steering Torque Applied) using
diagnostic tool
Range:50 to 50 Nm
7. Reset the ECU (remove the power plug from ECU and reconnect after
5 min)
8. Verify If DTC
C1304-01
is present
Is DTC
Present?
No
Stop
Replace the steering column
