Customer Symptom

Park assistance will not be available

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

Park assistance will not be available

Lamp Status (If Any)

Fault Detection Condition

Open circuit of the both CAN_H (connector pin no.9) and

CAN_L(connector pin no.10), only CANH, only CANL

Normal Operating Condition

ECU communicates properly with all ECUs.

Probable Trouble Area

CAN_H and CAN_L wires

Healing Condition

Reconnection of the CAN_H ( connector pin No.9) and

CAN_L(connector pin no.10)with the main CAN bus

Trouble Shooting:-

DTC’s confirmation:-

After rectification, ensure the following points using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to

customer.

a) Check whether PACM ECU is communicating with diagnostic Tool or not.

b) DTC should not be present in ECU memory.

Read DTC with diagnostic tool.
