ECU Replacement – Manual Procedure
Start
Ignition ON
Read VC from IPC/ Immobilizer ECUs
Compare VC against tool’s VC lookup table
If VC matched, then select SBL/CAL flash file manually
Flash CAL file manually as per diagnostic document
Connect Service Tool
Clear DTCs of all ECUs in vehicle
END
Perform Power Latch
Read CAL part no from PDC ECU and compare against
tool lookup table for part number
Write VIN
