Trouble Shooting:-
Turn ON Ignition.
Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s
Turn Ignition OFF & ON
Verify If DTC B1939 -86 is present

B1939-86 is
Present?
In non-ABS variant Check the three input
pins VssIn (pin no. J1-27), VsGnd (pin no.
J1-31) & VssPwrIn (pin no. J1-3), whether
all are connected properly or any fault like
STB or STG.
(Or) In ABS variant check the ABS working
properly.
Is any
respective fault
present?
In non-ABS variant Rectify Fault at respective Vss
input pins.
Clear the DTC & verify the function of the
speedometer gauge.
In ABS variant read DTC from ABS to confirming the
root cause.
Clear the DTC from the ECU memory.
Turn Ignition OFF & ON.
Check the function of speedometer gauge.
