Trouble Shooting:-
Turn ON Ignition.
Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
Record the DTC & Clear DTC’s
Turn Ignition OFF & ON
Verify If DTC B1938 -06 is present
Is DTC
B1938-06 is
Present?
Check the three speed inputs VssIn
(pin no. J1-27), VsGnd (pin no. J1-31)
& VssPwrIn (pin no. J1-3) of the
whether all are connected properly or
any fault like STB or STG.
Is Fault at
VssIN/
VssGnd/
VssPwrIn?
Check the pointer position is at ‘o’ position.
Rectify Fault at connector Pins/wiring Harness.
Clear the DTC & verify the function of speedometer
gauge display.
Clear the DTC from the ECU
memory.
Turn Ignition OFF -> ON.
Check the function of speedometer
gauge.
