Trouble Shooting:-
Step Checks

Check whether the key used to crank the vehicle is the
correct key for the vehicle?
Go to next step
Use correct key to
crank the vehicle.

Check whether the transponder key is physically damaged
Order for new key
and follow the steps
given in part
replacement
strategy
specification to learn
the new key
Go to next step

Check whether the transponder key being used is learned
to Immo
Go to next step
Learn the key using
the steps given in
part replacement
strategy
specification
4.
Fault still persists?
Order for new key
and follow the steps
given in part
replacement
strategy
specification to learn
the new key
Repeat the
procedure for
confirmation on
fault rectification
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
Recheck the fault using TML Diagnostic tool, Fault shall not appear.
Turn the Ignition ON, Immo lamp shall get turned OFF.
Clear the DTC’s in EMS & Immo and Crank the vehicle, vehicle shall start and Immo lamp shall turn OFF at ignition
