Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES

1 Any faults related to Cooling Fans circuit / Coolant
Temperature sensor?
Rectify them by
following their
rectification
procedure
Go to Next Step
2. Coolant Pump not working?
Rectify / Replace
Go to Next Step

Oil Pump Not working
Rectify / Replace
Go to Next Step

Leakage in Coolant lines?
Rectify / Replace.
Go to Next Step
5
Leakage in Oil Lines
Rectify/Replace
Go to Next Step
6
Blockages in coolant lines?
Rectify/replace
Go to Next Step
7
Blockage in Oil Lines
Rectify / Replace
Go to Next Step
8
Cooling Fans not working?
Check wiring
harness connections
and fix if any issues
found.
In case of fan
mechanical damage
–
rectify / replace
Go to Next step
9
Low Coolant / No Coolant
Fill the coolant
Go to Next Step
10 Low Oil / No Oil
Fill the oil
Go to Next Step
11 Check for any other Engine component damage
Rectify / Replace
Go to Next step
12 Fault still persists?
Call Hot line
Repeat the above
steps for fault re-
confirmation
DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer):

Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also
x
If error present, then rectify the errors.
x
Confirm that there is no error logged in EMS before handing over vehicle to customer.
