Normal Operating Condition
PSCM should provide assist if steering wheel is steered after
engine is cranked. Normal operating range:
ECU will awake from 6V to 18V.
Full assistance is b/w 10V to 16V
Reduced assistance is b/w 8.7V to 10V
Probable Trouble Area
Values from both signals output from sensor are not coherent
to each other (Faulty sensor)

Rotor Position Sensor - The rotor position sensor is used for monitoring the angular position of the rotor. It is one of the
main inputs for the PSCM.
